The greatest block to higher income isn’t necessarily lack of skill the greatest block is pride more specifically false pride. Have you ever heard someone you work with saying this? ‘Im not going to that stupid class this weekend - I dont need to sit around all day and listen to that crap Im fine!’ Thats called false pride and not only is it the greatest block to higher pay left unchecked false pride can quickly become the basic breeder of a toxic culture especially when those infected with it create dissension and divisiveness in the group by trying to talk other people out of going to a class they think theyre too good to attend. Show me someone in the salon with an over-inflated ego and I’ll show you are wrong minded individual working hard to make him or herself look better than he or she actually are.
