The heat and humidity were back in force today. We had a high of 93 at the lab with a mid-day humidity of 40% and a heat index of 98. The peak wind was 12mph. The overall ET was high. Looks to be even hotter in the next two days with a chance of PM thunderstorms. We have had several samples in the lab for their free tests but we need more. If you have an area of concern that you would like checked please let us know....or maybe you want just the agronomic evaluation. We give an immediate report based on observations usually with 24-36 hours. Initial incubation is taking about 2 days, with final incubations and cultures in the 4-6 day range to get the greatest accuracy on disease diagnosis.
