The hold that officer had on her dad, if it was illegal and his superior was telling him to continue that hold then it should go before a grand jury and should be considered for indictment against him and his superior if they find the evidence to prove abuse of power and authority. But if they find them innocent then knowing his record as a career criminal then as tragic as it is, it is what it is and nothing will change that. All we need now is to try to get individuals into position to make sure these changes happen.Im deeply sorry for her and her familys loss, he was still her dad, a husband, a sibling to some....My condolences on that account.
