The human brain and body are an amazing pair of devices. This woman is sitting there when the ball is hit in her direction. Her brain recorded the trajectory and speed and calculated where it would be and how long it would take to get there. It then made the sedition that she could catch that ball. Knowing the hidden capabilities of itself the body said, go do it By this time she knew which way to run, how fast, where to jump and put her left foot on the wall and push, where to put here right foot and push, and where to reach to catch the ball.
