The important or relevance of a statement is determined by who - TopicsExpress

The important or relevance of a statement is determined by who said it. For example in a hospital, if the wardmaid tells a patient Madam, you will be discharged today, its either her statement is for encouragement or a prayer because shes not in the position to determine when a patient is discharged but when a doctor says Madam, you will be discharged today, theres no doubting he means it. This illustrates that the speaker of a word can determine the relevance of the word. Same way when God promises us, His promise is a measure of His magnificence so it must come to pass. He that made the whole world out of nothing, what would then be difficult for Him to make out of your life? Starting with 3 words let there be..., He made the whole world, so when He makes any statement as His promise to you, He is more than able to fulfil it. To a mortal man, seeing is believing but to a man who has faith in God, it is believing without seeing and that is why without faith, its impossible to please God because whoever comes to Him must believe God exist, and that He is a faithful rewarder of those that diligently seek Him (Hebrews 11:6). Maybe if God goes around with convoys of cars like top politicians does, we would believe Him the more, but He doesnt have to do such, He is much more than any man, He is not even a man. The best and greatest of any man is subjected to change but God remains unchangeable, so believe every word He says to you, it may linger in fulfillment but will surely come to pass.
