The judgement of supreme court in a series on three segments of our services is good. But I would love to draw the attention on response. On members of institutions like parliament. .. parliament says it will be misused against them. When a landmark compensation was paid to a patient attendant who persuade the case ...media said it will serve as a deterrent for medical profession. But none spoke of a possible vengeance. Which is a common occurance. When it passed the judgement on bureaucrats ...response political circuit guarded. Any way both enjoy power but one using others name. One common thing one can see is the lack of self discipline in all three segments. A minimum thing a common man expect. Since it is not on place I think court has all its duty to do it. Bit it need to be implemented in right spirit
