The last few days I have been trying to find the words to say to convey the way I feel about 2014 and the Directors retreat that I just attended in San Francisco, with all of the top executive leaders from Stella & Dot. I am so overwhelmed with joy that I feel like I might burst. There are so many people I want to thank, so many people I want to hug and so many incredible things that need to be said, because so many things happened in 2014 because of ONE goal. Because we came together and did something spectacular. Extraordinary. Thats our word! 2014 was extraordinary! In 2014, 111 women supported my goal to do 100 trunk shows in one year! And we did it! WE DID IT! Because of that goal, I was able to reward these women with over $27,000 in free product, I built lifelong friendships with my hostesses and customers, earned the recognition of being #2 in sales for the entire company (truly, still cant believe it), I tied for #4 for sponsoring (helping women launch their businesses...my favorite part of this job) I won trips, paid off significant debt, taught my children the importance of hard work, setting goals and rewarded them along the way! Next step...buy our house! This goal not only empowered me but I know it empowered others as well! Its amazing what can happen when we come together as women and support each other. When we build each other up and inspire each other. When we simply say you can do it or I believe in you even just yes! The sisterhood I have found because of Stella & Dot is probably the greatest treasure of all. I dont know what I would do without the support of these women, my mentors, our tribe, my sisters. I cant imagine what life would be like without them. I am thankful, so thankful to every single person in our life. Thank you for being on our team! Thank YOU!!!!
