The last three miles of todays ride are missing from my Garmin, but I rode about 77 miles at an average speed of 14.2mph. There was a very strong wind from the northwest that slowed us down at times. Burned 1502 calories and climbed 2365 feet. That last figure surprised me since there werent any steep hills. There were some rollers, but it seemed mostly flat. I guess it was deceiving! I never would have thought that a ride that began in Dearborn Heights would be as nice as this one was. We started in Hines Park, which I never knew existed, and rode quite a few miles through it. I didnt know that Wayne County had such a gem!
