The latest trend in fashion! Though it looks brutal, the markings left by cupping and gua sha simply mean its working. What you see is what we call stuck blood. When there is injury, stagnation of blood and qi occurs and causes pain. Cupping and gua sha work to lift that stagnation up to the skin and thus allow fresh blood and qi to flow through the area again. PS- it feels great! Just dont do it if youre planning on wearing a backless evening gown.
