A rapist is a criminal and has to to severely punished , so other roughe will not dare to unleash his beastly man hood...An animal who can ferociously control a lady or girl and rape her , can he be a minor Stop this business of minor major....action counts.Its is silly to count crime on 18 or 16. So you all the law keepers , people in authority, leaders and ministers and finally we the people should arrest on war war footings and punish severely the THE RAPIST, molester who so ever HE MAY be.
