The little orange guy is George Clooney. He to PAWS Animal Shelter when he was (6) weeks old. He had been taken to a local vet for euthanasia because he couldnt stand up. George had something similar to Cerebral Palsy. (Yes, I know the correct term for his condition) He had no sense of balance but definitely had an obvious and immense LOVE for life and his favorite people. When George saw something or someone he loved. . . All (4) legs would fail in his excitement. ... even in our early days, PAWS was known for taking in the under dogs of the animal world. The sketch is of Georges best walker. The legs were made from Refrigerator Coil, the wheels were off of an old office chair. It was light enough that he could run all over the place. The legs were far enough apart to allow him to use a small litter box... and in theory, he could climb into a raised bed. He usually rested by hanging in the sling until I put him back in his crib. I miss George. ♥
