The lizard squad has rendered Xbox Live and PSN offline for many people across the globe on christmas. I would just like to address a point. They are not hackers, they have no skill, they are not talented in any way shape or form. The attacks they are performing are known as DDOS attacks or distributed denial-of-service attacks (supposedly). Simply put, they are overloading the servers. They are pathetic people who are ruining Christmas for the thousands of children, teens and parents with which gaming has become an integral part of their social lives. The thing that helps them relax after a hard day at work or school. They are taking that away from so many people for no reason what-so-ever. They are not doing something monumental, they will be forgotten the moment this is over. It isnt even hurting sony and microsoft terribly. Its hurting them both equally in what is essentially a duopoly, so really the whole thing is pointless. They are children, petulant children. #LizardSquad - FCLSC
