The meeting ended with the FinComm voting unanimously for the Department of Revenue (DOR) to conduct a complete financial-management audit of the School Department, a decision requiring School Committee approval. Sullivan discovered 91 invoices charged to the schools department from fiscal year 2014 that were being carried over to FY15, totaling $878,340.
