The message of Psalm 139 is a profound one. I read the words - TopicsExpress

The message of Psalm 139 is a profound one. I read the words regularly because it reminds me of how wonderfully special we are as human beings. Some years ago there was a popular adage which said, God dont make no junk. The words of the Psalmist: You created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mothers womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made. What if we were consistent in speaking those words to our children, from the moment that they came into this world. What if we flooded their ears with the sound of those words each and everyday before they walked out of the door for school and when they returned? And most importantly what might happen if we were to treat them as the fearfully and wonderfully made human beings that they are? I think we might see a lot more joy in them, a lot more strength in them, a lot more creativity because they would not be afraid to embrace their imagination, and a lot less anger.
