PHEWWW!! #IMaxedOUT Tabata Style-->>> 20 sec interval with 10 sec rest! Unlike Shaun Ts #FocusT25 THANKFULLY there IS water breaks in between rounds with this workout!! It might be only a minute long but but definitely gives you a little time to recover! Im LOVING all the new moves that I havent seen before. Definitely resorted to the modifier a few time because I SUCK at tuck jumps! I maxed out at almost 13 min..little improvement from yesterdays time! Super proud of myself..wasnt easy!
