The next Wild About Art session will take place this Thursday (yes, this Thursday 4th September) and is one of our favourite sessions every year - our trip to Braewick Cafe, Eshaness. It will be £15 for the session, including soup and sandwiches, tuition if needed, and art materials / equipment provided. Christina will offer us some of their delicious home-made soup (veggie friendly) and an assortment of sandwiches for our break. There will be tea/coffee/cakes available for anyone who wants to buy them (they will be extra). Well keep it simple and stick to pastels for this session, and tuition for anyone whos not used them before. Its ideal for competent artists or for complete beginners who have never been to an art class before, and I will guide those of you who need help step by step through a painting of the stunning Drongs. If youre happy to paint along at your own pace and would prefer to bring watercolours or acrylics with you, thats fine. All materials and paper provided. Bring a drawing board if you have one and its a such a great view from the cafes panoramic windows it would be a shame not to take a camera. Places are limited so please book a space or more if you want to bring a friend but I must know the numbers by Wednesday.
