The obedience to the Apostles Doctrine is more than just a profession of faith. It is more than repentance and more than being buried in baptism in Jesus Name. It is also more than being filled with the Holy Ghost. It is allowing the appropriate measures to take place in our lives that the rough edges are taken off that we may be prepared to align along side one another upon the foundation the Apostles established for us through their obedience to Our Lord. 2 Corinthians 13:9 For we are glad, when we are weak, and ye are strong: and this also we wish, even your perfection. Hebrews 6:1 Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God, Hebrews 7:11 If therefore perfection were by the Levitical priesthood, (for under it the people received the law,) what further need was there that another priest should rise after the order of Melchisedec, and not be called after the order of Aaron? Fulfilling and following the Apostles doctrine establishes in us the necessary tools for building as well. The word calls it edification. True apostolic teaching and ministry reveals also a pure and Holy building plan, but it also reveals the Love and restoring power of God in and through those who follow that truth. Not only did Jesus establish it all but He set it up to transfer from the Old to the New and He included any and all who would come to Him and His Apostles made sure His Name is still that name above every name whereby we enter into His New Kingdom with. 1 Peter 2:5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
