The only good thing to take place lately was my likely best friend in life Michael Parks (over 200 films) visiting Dallas for an evening. I said earlier that after Burning Green Im done with documentary, but not with fiction. Ive written a screenplay called THE 500 LADIES and plan to shoot part of it in Libya with Michael playing the key role along with an incredible Italian actress. Among the hundreds of films Michael did was Red State and Kill Bill. I also produced a Western with him which nearly killed me, just like BURNING GREEN. Both Quentin Tarantino and I (imdb/name/nm0335567/)consider Michael the best actor of the 20th Century. The picture on the bottom includes Happy Shahan(rest in peace), Michael and me about 33 years ago on the set. Yes, I was thinner. Michael is also a musician but most of all, a great lover of music.
