The other day I was watching TV and there was a program in TIMES NOW that consisted of Three Experienced stalwarts and three from Pakistan. The subject was: Musharrafs statement about INCITING trouble in Jammu-Kashmir to take over Kashmir It was very clear (from the manner in which the Pakistanis were having only a one-point agenda) that the ruling elite in Pakistan are not interested in their nations development and progress. They are foolishly trying to compare themselves with India, which is a stable democracy with strong Government and development agenda (whatever may be certain constraints). Pakistan has never had any stable Government from day One of their independence, and is a troubled and failed state. Indias GDP (nominal) is $1.9 trillion; and the corresponding value for Pakistan is about $237 billion. Indias literacy is about 75% whereas that of Pakistan is about 55%. India has over 650 million youth in the age group of 20 to 40; the corresponding number for Pakistan is about 80 million. It is strange that the Pakistani hype of foolishly comparing themselves with India, and trying to play one-upmanship are being practiced by their funny leaders
