The penultimate Twilight series meeting was held this evening at the South Bay racecourse. The racing action was fantastic on a very fast and flowing track - thanks once again Dom, your track layouts are awesome! It was great to have a new kart and junior racer out there and Michael proved to be right on the pace in his first outing - taking 2nd place in the 3rd race. So with only the final round left to run its very tight at the top with only 3 points separating 1st & 2nd. Its a comfortable gap back to 3rd but that position is hotly contested. The standings heading into the final are; 1st - 269 points - Mark 2nd - 266 points - Richard 3rd - 248 points - Nathan 4th equal - 246 points - Bailey & Brian 6th - 234 points - Tim 7th - 225 points - Taylor 8th - 203 points - John 9th - 202 points - Dom 10th - 193 points - Robby 11th - 119 points - Jamie 12th - 84 points - Spencer Jnr 13th - 82 points - Alec 14th - 76 points - Jason 15th - 74 points - Drew Its shaping up to be a real contest for positions throughout the leaderboard so next Wednesday should be a race meeting not to be missed.
