Everything is conveniently spaced out so that 175 Wynford Dr. is at the centre of everything. Also, with the on-ramp to the Don Valley a short drive to the west, downtown Toronto is only ever a few minutes away. If the proposed plans gets approved, the development would suit those who seek condo living just outside the downtown core. The future of 175 Wynford Dr. It will be interesting to see how locals respond to the condo proposal. There are already a few high-rises in the area, including Tridel’s sold out Accolade condo building, which reaches 33 storeys.
