The powerful dont concern themselves with the problems of the people. When the powerful in the world can manipulate the majority to believe that by following their rule and corruption the people will find success and wealth, peaceful protests will just fall on deaf ears. When the minority protest against the majority, nothing will be solved. Why should the powerful listen to the minority when they have the rest of the people to back them up in their corruption.
