The real target was the resistance wing in Lebanon known as Hisbullah all along. If Assad had acceded to the Imperialists and Zionists initial request to jettison Hisbullah and truncate relation with the Islamic republic,Syria would have remained untouched. The enemies knew that,trying to break Hisbullah while Syrias support is intact is as futile as trying to stop the flow of an ocean or trying to contain a gust of harmattan wind. So,they reckoned,let us break Syria first,traduce the recalcitrant leader and paint him as the brutest dictator that ever lived. When he is gone,and a puppet installed, the salafists Takfirists,who are the shadow army of global zionism camouflaged with the flag of Islam will be unleashed upon the resistance. This is the plan entrusted to al Aseer, the illegal entity might even invade the South of Lebanon to encircle the resistance. In this way, the resistance will find itself fighting on two fronts,at the same time keeping to its doctrine of hurting not a single civilian. A task,so difficult that,even the Romans kings of old will find herculean. Thus,they thought, they can rid themselves with these two thorns embedded into the flesh of global zionism and imperialism-namely-Syria and Hisbullah. But the Syrians stand,resilience and fighting sprits foiled all these diabolical machinations and evil plots. Now, it seems, the enemy has surroundered to the fact that,the Syrian Arab Army are inconquerable,he has decided to proceed to his original plan of crushing Hisbullah by taming the Syrian lions in a charade called Geneva 2. These people,clever as they are,no doubt, but have miscalculated. Their intelligence is camatose against the resistance,so useless infact that,they failed to understand the glaring fact the resistance front is without border or nationality. Thus, if you touch the resistance members in Lebanon, the first to react will be the ones in Tehran, and Damascus,and Najaf, and Qum,and whereever. This is the beauty of it, the members of the resistance are numberless,anonimous,incognitos and extremely dangerous to any one harbouring evil intent. The zionists found that out the hard way,but are still making the same mistake of undermining the depth and strength of the resistance. We hope,they come to their senses much much too late!
