The reality of the music industry is that no one stays on top forever, no one struggles forever, and anything can happen at any moment. Despite the politics and ugliness that occurs, it will forever be my way of doing business to treat everyone properly and with respect regardless of if they work with the smallest band or the biggest band, because we are all working for people we believe in and trying to do whats best for them. Not a single meeting or hangout with even the smallest music loving human will ever be a waste. Inspiration is everywhere.
