The recent shooting, at a mall in Maryland, was truly a tragedy. But, did you know this mall was a gun free zone? Did you know that Maryland has very strict gun laws? Did the shooter acquire a gun? Did the shooter respect the law? The answer is no! Was there a law prohibiting guns in the mall? Yes! America needs to learn from last centurys Prohibition law. Booze was outlawed. What happened? Booze flowed freely. And, it created a market for guys like Bugs Moran and, Al Capone. Not only did booze flow freely, so did blood. Now, imagine for a minute that in the mall, were responsible gun owners that had carry permits. Would that prevent shootings? Maybe, maybe not. But, it would give citizens the chance to stop him before he kills more. Citizens who carry, have stopped shooters more times than the liberal medias care to report. Upon request, I can provide many, many, and many more true stories of gun owners who have stopped shooters. Gun control (gun confiscation) doesnt work. And, citizens need to call, write, email and etc., their lawmakers, all the way up to the white house and, tell them that they will be voted out if they dont truly represent US.
