In more recent times they have perfected themselves as Gangs that control their environment and corrupt dealings through fear of retribution and murder, They will Lie Cheat and Murder decent people without remorse. Should we protect them or let the law seek and prosecute them, their are many who would protect them, In every level of society. So as a Society what do we say.
