The secret to fitness- enjoy it! Some of you take exercise entirely to seriously. Have fun and hire or consult with a knowledgeable trainer. They are educated, trained and paid to take it seriously. You need to make physical activity a lifestyle in order for it to work. The only way to change your way of life is to engage in something positive...that makes you feel good. Be inspired by what you do. There is no general, 6 week secret to fitness. If you believe someone who says ok every shape, every size, every ethnicity, every age, every demographic, everyone just do this one thing that I do and in just 6 weeks you will look like me.....god bless your sweet naïve head. please find an activity that makes you happy. Enjoy your body, be inspired by your own experiences and stop the comparisons. Stress makes your journey unnecessarily long and tedious.
