The shoulders are a part of the body that most people begin to notice restrictions and discomfort at some point in their life. This is because when the bones are not in perfect alignment, with every move the arm makes you are actually rubbing and wearing out a part of your shoulder. Since many people are round shouldered and most people are on smart phones or at a computer all day we are becoming a shoulder curved forward society. This causes the 3 bones of the shoulder to form and calcify their position forward from where the joint should be for easy full movement. So, everyone needs to start young and work on maintaining free movement of their shoulders through every decade. Check out Yamuna YouTube and you will find the In Bed With Yamuna routines. The easiest is simply lying at the edge of your bed with the pearl ball at the edge. Extend your armpit around the ball and let your arm hang down in the air space off the bed. Stay for 3-5 minutes.
