The silent auction conducted by members Sue Silverthorn and Linda Avildsen at The 33rd Annual Lettermen Society Convention in Branson, MO brought in $880.00 to be donated to the American Cancer Society. Tony’s donation of a Butala Vineyard T-shirt and two 8 x 10 photos of his first vineyard had the highest bid and was won by Garrett Bergfeld. Carol Cummings spent the most, having the winning bids on two posters, an 8 x 10 collage photo of Donovan and the Lettermen Teddy Bear. Linda Coffino’s successful winning bid got her Bobby’s signed jersey and softball. Bev and Cliff Erickson took home one of Donovan’s shirts, a Bolo tie that Donovan wore on stage, a neck tie with horses and an 8 x 10 collage photo of Bobby. Jim Reynolds was the winner of Donovan’s yellow shirt and there were additional winners of other small items as well.
