The story of 🐰Rabbit, Fox, Wolf, & Mr. B**tard. Rabbit with monthly salary of 5K want to build a nest with 200k. Wolf rejected Rabbit to self-build the nest and only allow Rabbit to buy from Mr B. Mr B is running Nest Building business. Mr B spent 200k bribe to obtain the development rights from Wolf, another 500k to buy the land from Wolf and spent 100k to build the nest. Then, Mr B sold the nest @ 2 million to Rabbit. Rabbit cannot afford so much money therefore borrowed 2 million from the Fox with interest 3 million which payoff in 20 years. Rabbit family spent two decades working for Fox. Wolf, Fox & Mr B all have made money, only Rabbit make lose until dare not to give birth small rabbit. Subsequently rabbit’s population decreasing, Wolf think that they will earn less when rabbit’s population decreased. Therefore Wolf wants to set new regulation to control. Wolf is very concern about the rabbits nest too expensive and enforces new regulation to slow down the price hike. Finally Wolf found out rabbit nest selling price is too high due to some of the rabbit bought the nest for investment instead of own stay. So the Wolf stated any nest sold within 5 years must pay sales tax to Wolf. But rabbit nest prices still did not come down and the Wolf has made a lot of money from sale tax. Wolf told Fox: only lend more money to rich rabbit, and raise interest rate. Only allow cash transaction for those wants to buy multiple nests. Subsequently Fox made a lot more money while Rabbit purchasing new nest. Due to high nest’s price, Mr. B need to pay even higher land price to Wolf and eventually Rabbit has to absorb the price. Rabbit feel grateful to Wolf after seeing what Wolf have done to bring down the nest’s price. But they still found that Rabbit nest is getting expensive. Wolf told Rabbit it is very complicated issue & not easy to handle. But Wolf assured that they will continue to control nest’s price. They will impose tax to those owned the nest, the more nests you owned, more tax to pay. In the end of the day, some of the rabbits still do not understand why.
