I want you to be completely happy.- John 15:11 (ERV) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Meditation English language classes help impoverished and tribal populations catch up with their neighbors in countries where English shares an official status with several other languages. In Zambia, for example, Bible League International partners with Every Home for Christ, providing training, Scriptures, and literacy materials so struggling individuals can learn to read and write as they encounter the Gospel message, many for the first time. “I enrolled and was taught how to read and write,” said Charity Kainda, an independent entrepreneur raised in Zambia. “Now I am able to write business documents, sign bank checks, and converse in English. I can also search for markets for my products. This is all because of the literacy training by Bible League, which made a difference in my life.” True happiness comes from truth—as declared in God’s Word. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Prayer Lord, thank You for the ways the Bible is being used to help people learn to read, write, and live a happy life.
