The team that has come together and the work that is being done by Hands Up United handsupunited.org is supposed to be impossible. As an activist and organizer for the past 19 years, Ive seen every obstacle that can possibly exist when people are trying to come together and do good. All of my experience tells me that we shouldnt be able to get people from around the country to spend their own money and give so much of their time and resources to a common cause. The improbability of it all is staggering. None of us could have planned this or forced this to come together the way it has. Mike Brown handed us a Miracle on his way out of here
