(Raquel and family has stated multiple times that Meagan had her and family blocked from Facebook for over a year) 05/21/14: CPS receives a call regarding Colton about bruises and slap marks. Also alleged drug use by Meagan 05/21/14: Meagan posts on FB Drug test taken and passed {uses profanity} 05/23/14: CPS talks to 2 individuals stemming from 5/21 call. Caseworker never requested photos. (But did those 2 people who held the photos take the initiative to show pics? Why not?) 05/31/14: Meagan, Colton, Brandon, and Viadures are together 4-wheeling/mudding. 5/21-8/28: No effort made to locate Meagan, CPS has multiple sources of information. Caseworker was on vacation. No replacement or temporary caseworker was assigned. *JUNE* --------- 6/01: Dishes meme posted by Meagan. Brandon comments telling her to hurry up (they most likely seen each other that night) 6/10: Meagan posts photos of herself and Colton. Coltons face has multiple bruises obviously battered. 6/14: CPS receives anonymous report. Colton has visible injuries and looked ill in photos posted by Meagan on 6/10. *JULY* -------- 7/4: Last time Colton is seen by friends. Meagan and Brandon become Facebook friends again, you know after their fight over Jessica 7/7: (Before 4pm) Co-worker of Michaels, L.Weber seen Colton at Michaels workplace. Colton is lethargic, another co-worker agrees that Colton looks out of it 7/7: Apprx 5pm, Eaton (Michaels Boss) sends text message to Michael asking if hes coming back to work. Michael responds at 5:08pm saying he is on his way 7/7: Apprx 5:30pm, Coe (co-worker) witnesses Meagan beating on Colton. Watches as Meagan shakes then slams Coltons head into the interior door of her truck. {He is 100% sure Meagan is the same female he would see with Michael almost on a daily basis} 7/7: Colton was unable to walk or drink water. Meagan and Michael try to nurse him to health {Meagans account} Colton hit his head on an A/C unit in the motel room the day before while being assaulted. {Latest affidavit states, Meagan said Colton was being assaulted by Michael} 7/7: Meagan, Heather (her older sister), and Brianna are chatting on FB about a local rape case. {{ Let us remember:: Raquel, Sydney (younger sister-the one who took the photos and had Colton in her possession and didnt call 911) are all claiming Meagan had everyone blocked on FB.}} 7/8: Meagan wakes up and Colton is dead. They wait until sunset and bury him. Meagan is not comfortable with the grave, so they dig up Colton, place him in the bed of truck, take him back to motel and put his dead body on the floor. Meagan and Michael sleep. 7/9: Meagan and Michael bury Colton at the Felter Lane location. 7/9: Brandon makes a post on FB about his new place, who wants to chill? 7/10: Meagan replies to Brandons 7/9 post. You trying to hang today or tomorrow? *AUGUST* ------------- 8/14: Brandon makes a post on FB If someone can get a hold of Meagan Work tell her she needs to contact me this is getting old real quick 8/27: Meagan and Michael are pulled over by Leander Police around 5am for illegal right hand turn. Michael is taken to jail on a parole violation warrant. Meagan was NOT arrested { Raquel and crew are claiming Crime Stoppers, Police, and CPS have all been informed of Colton in MAY.} 8/28: Meagan makes her Rift Raft FB post. { 2 Viadures and Jessica Click comments on this post } 8/28: Brandon makes a post on FB. Movie night with family, not a worry in the world 8/28: Another report was made to CPS. Colton was assigned a new caseworker and immediately looked for Meagan and Colton. CPS worked closely with Law Enforcement. { The report states } 8/30: Meagan posts on FB wanting to sell a PitBull. *SEPTEMBER* ------------------- 9/5: Meagan and friend Lorrie Hatfield were in contact with each other. Lorrie offered Meagan and Colton a place to stay. Meagan told her Colton was staying with family in East Texas. Meagan declined the offer. { When the police questioned Meagan on Coltons whereabouts, she told investigators that Colton was staying with this Lorrie Hatfield } 9/8: Meagan posts on FB the InTents meme. Her and Brandon are joking/flirting back and forth in the comments. 9/8: Meagan posts the meme about Bail money and Bodies. Brandon likes the post 9/8: Meagan makes a post about an interview and probation. Kim Viadure (Grandma) comments on post. 9/8:: Meagan posts on FB asking friends to join her for her Dr. appt at 1:30pm tomorrow to see the baby. 9/10: Brianna Spieldenner (Coltons Godmother), reports to Cedar Park Police Department. She states she hasnt seen Colton in a long time and she has photos depicting Colton with severe bruising to his back and left side of his head. { the very same photos taken and held by family since May } 9/10: Through investigative work on a patrol level, officers were able to locate Ms. Work who was homeless at the time and staying at a persons house here in Cedar Park says Cedar Park Police Chief. 9/10: Meagan is taken into custody. Meagan gives investigators 3 different stories about Coltons whereabouts. 9/10-9/11: Investigators are trying to find Colton. FBI, Texas Rangers, and other members of DPS are called in to help find Colton. Investigators go to the county jail where Michael is serving time on his parole violation. He tells them Meagan told him she gave Colton to friends at a fast food restaurant. He then comes cleans and tells the detectives that Colton is deceased and agreed to show where he is buried 9/11: Laci Holler (longtime friend of Meagan) is posting on FB saying Pics were taken in July She also states Her last contact with Meagan was the beginning of July 9/12: Colton Turners remains are found. 9/12: Laci makes a post on FB stating Meagans family hid/was hiding the abuse, held onto pics for 2 months Tabatha Dawdy (cousin to Brandon) also states the family kept those photos for 2 months and 2 weeks She also states Brandon was shown those pics a couple days before Colton was found. 9/13: During another interview by investigators, Meagan tells of how Colton hit his head on the A/C unit in the motel room as a result of Colton being assaulted. 9/16: Dr. Chundru (Medical Examiner) advised he would most likely rule the death a homicide. 9/17: Co-workers of Turner say it was not uncommon to see Meagan and Colton with Michael at work 9/26: Dr Kelly Liker (Pediatrician at Dell Childrens Hospital) was briefed on Coltons case. She was shown the photos provided to LE by Brianna. Dr Liker stated Due to pattern and beyond normal injuries on Coltons body, they were caused by another and she would classify those imjuries as abuse. She also states In my opinion, because of the large amount of time between the assault and his death, there was a strong possibility Colton could have lived with medical attention. *OCTOBER* ---------------- 10/2: 3 CPS workers fired due to mishandling reports
