The true Jubilee has come. There is nothing we own for ourselves, it is for others. There is not one we would ever hold as a slave, for grace sets everyone free. No debts, for Christ has paid it all. The exploding joy of Jesus fills us every day and every moment. Jubilee is Jesus, the One who loves you so much He will not respect your traditions, addictions, or bondage. He sets you blissfully free! Jesus summoned together His twelve apostles and imparted to authority over every demon and the power to heal every disease. Then He commissioned them to preach the Kingdom-Realm of God and to instantly heal the sick to demonstrate that the Kingdom had arrived. And as He sent them out He gave them these instructions, “Take nothing extra on your journey. Just go as you are! Don’t carry a staff, a backpack, food, money, not even a change of clothes! But also, because the five items they were told not to bring, they already have in their spiritual counterparts that are found in Him (i.e. He is our Treasure, our Strength, our Living Bread, our Provider, and our Righteousness).
