The truth is that it’s impossible to act consistently in a manner that is inconsistent with how you see yourself. You can do very few things positively if you feel negatively about yourself. If you believe you are worthless or unworthy “until” – then you can’t add value to yourself, no matter what you are trying to do or even if you ‘seem to be’ making progress doing it. This is why so many of you end up as “weight-loss tourists” instead of being “weight-loss permanent residents.” On a scale of 1-10, - If your desire for that goal is at a 10, but your own self-esteem and self-nurturing levels are at 5 or lower, you will likely continue to struggle and fall. NO ONE outperforms your own true self-image for very long. And yet, you continue to look in all the wrong places for the “solutions.” Seldom, if ever are “diets” a vehicle of self-nurturing – and almost always they become a reflection of self-judgment and negative self-image of feeling “unworthy until” – When are you going to learn to STOP doing this to yourself?
