The voice in your head is the source of Ego which needs to be detached from to create a more graceful transition out of the realms of Duality. Your intent to release this false sense of Self is not in trying with the mind to do so, where many feel this is about only thinking positive as in truth all thoughts are mental projections based in the confusion of separation. It is about embracing the moment through intuitive creativity and inner stillness, where you are not concerned with the details of your unfoldment, but the perfection of this now moment in much gratitude. The mind is not aware of how this divine unfoldment will take place, which is why mental projections only create confusion and sadness from a place of expectation, when ascension is about an expansion of a more blissful experience through the unconditionally loving acceptance of what is.
