The way Im going to do most events from now on is with a very small group. There is no profit to be made because Im just splitting the price evenly to cover the cost, so basically I treat it like a group of friends getting together and going somewhere. But its nice to have me as one of the friends because I have access to a lot of places most people dont, or I can get better rates than most people. Its not what you know...its who you know :) Im also not going to book the event until I get the commitment from the group on the date and everything else. So here is my first plan...Gettysburg. Two nights at a haunted bed and breakfast, investigation one night at a couple places in town, day personal battlefield tour with me as your tour guide. Ill take you to the famous places, the lesser known places, and even the place where I got my first true ghost experience 24 years ago. Roughly $250 - $300 per person only allowing 12 max people (this is based on two in your group). One group of three will be allowed. I am looking at August/September time frame.
