The wealthy, at least in the United States, have learned they need a docile population to enjoy their wonderful lives. After all, someone needs to clean their toilets, wash their clothes, polish their shoes, wash and service their cars, and move furniture. For this precise reason, the United States chooses to play a neat little trick. They crack down on an occasional undocumented Mexican for media coverage, all the while quietly allowing Mexicans to cross the border as an ample source of cheap labor.
