The weather is against us today and probably tomorrow folks. I will be open on Sunday and Monday if this rain and cold keep up tomorrow as well. I am just not able to get wet and be in the cold anymore. At 47 and having had pneumonia 11 times I get it very easily now.I am bored but getting some rest and working on a few new recipes at home (you bet I am cooking all day here too) My son Zachary Jones wanted me to put his Monster Burger on the menu as well. Next day open I will add it to the menu full time. I can give you a hint (it is huge) But you will not taste a Sandwich anything like it anywhere close in this area.That I can Guarantee you 100%. He still has not named it yet. I will post a picture and description of it soon.As for me it looks like Chicken and Sausage Gumbo tonight with rice and Smores for desert. I hope to be able to get a larger trailer one day to be able to share some of my other recipes as well with you all. God willing it will happen. Until then I hope to see you all soon.
