The whole time I was out in the front garden a neighbors (thank god - visiting) dog barked at me the whole time & they did not even bother to tell it to shut up - same happened the last 3 days as the council workmen were changing all the lamp posts and every time someone walked or drove up the road -- does not make for good relations as I could not talk to any one because of the noise from it..... same happens in the back garden 1st there was 2 out a 6.45 every morning - then another 1 below us barking all day - now new people moved in to another house but they control their dog when it barks -- now the neighbor below us has a puppy which the put out about 9 - 9.30 & allow it to run in & out all day yapping all the time -- - cannot even have a conversation in the garden without they all start barking -- it is becoming a nightmare - might think about moving - have always been an animal lover - but fast becoming a bad owner hater!!!
