The word for today is: You cant have it both ways! I know that you have heard it said You cant have your cake and eat it too. A lot of us want it both ways! You are either in or out, up or down, sick or well and so on. A lot of us are straddling the fence and need to get on one side or the other. Jesus said Revelation 3:15-16 NIV I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth. Also Joshua said Joshua 24:15 NIV But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord .” So what I am trying to say today is that we have a choice to make. Do we believe God or not! Do we walk in faith or not! So lets think about it and make the right decision and the right choice. Life and Death are in the power of the tongue so lets choose life. Proverbs 18:21 NIV The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit. Get this in you spirit!! Romans 8:28, 31-32 NIV And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?
