Now is the time to bury the hatchet and unite together for a common Goal, even to demand the Our Constitutional/Legally granted CBA in a Local Industrial Court. Nevertheless, it will be quite absurd and awkward if there be any wicked And foolish folks out there still working for the devil and especially to derail the Unity of purpose upon the guard force. This last minute unit is very vital and necessary for us to win the battle. Dont be deceived, Sycophants are not company shareholders, but merely fools being enticed with empty promises and small gifts and lured to traps like rats. Eventually they are dumped like garbage of Nairobi domestic refuse, poor and miserable. Egocentric is the evil spirit they are possessed of and it deceives them that they gonna be special, better and well-up than their colleagues, which is totally false. Guys, its my plea to all of You out there to come together and challenge the Monster(s) behind Impunity and Corruption at Double Kilo Management. You know those Im talking about, the two most notorious KK Management monsters who have been terrorizing us with impunity and industrial corruption, Franklin and his big brother James. May the Lord God deal with them accordingly to avenge for the poor innocent Guards, especially those whom they have sacked without cause or for allegedly being rigid guard union leaders. They should understand that this is 21st century and mindset of the 20th century, such as common with the big brother Mr James, that KK cannot pay watchmen like managers. This kind of remarks is in itself insulting and primitive, based on the fact that were Not Watchmen neither just mere Guards, but we are PROFESSIONAL TRAINED SECURITY OFFICERS in the highest security management and operations know-how available under the sun. We all are educated, O Level and above and I think we deserve respect from KK management. If the Industrial Court of Kenya under the stewardship of Honourable Justice James Rika awarded us #The CBA, after a long battle with KK, then let it be so; allow it to reign over the Embassy Contract as was ruled. This End-Month we want our Payslips to change and conform with the contents stipulated at Rikas CBA and NOT the Current Kangaroo CBA. Guards remember, United We Stand but divided we fall. Beware!!!!!
