Their customer service is almost as bad as Comcast. **8** months after my alarm was installed, I received a letter from them saying I was supposed to get an alarm permit for $50. NO ONE (especially Mr Slick sales person) mentioned that. NOW IT IS $325 AND if someone had broken in, they would not have dispatched anyone. They did finally agree to send me $325, well see, but not the 8 months I paid that I really was not covered. They suck big time As soon as my contract is up, I will cancel.
