Then Jacob was left alone; and a Man wrestled with him until the breaking of day. Now when He saw that He did not prevail against him, He touched the socket of his hip; and the socket of Jacob’s hip was out of joint as He wrestled with him. And He said, “Let Me go, for the day breaks.” But he said, “I will not let You go unless You bless me!” (Genesis 32:24-26 NKJV) The above verses narrate a familiar portion of scripture where we learn of Jacob wrestling with God in fervent pursuit of the blessing of God. He wrestled with God until morning. Wrestling with God is symbolic of engaging with God until you receive the manifestation of the blessings that He promised in His word. Today, become a champion wrestler in the spirit and start personally experiencing God’s move in your life. Learn to wrestle with God.
