Kagames greatest weapon is SUCEESS! yes Success is the best excuse for bad behavior!!! we all know Kagame is not a democrat but he has allowed democracy and is running a dictatorship !! and who can remove him?? Africa is festering in Bad governance wrapped in western democracy and we all know that is a stupid system, because it has allowed all kinds of terrible things to be done by leaders against their people! African leaders have figured out that if they dont allow people to queue and vote every 4 or 5 years or so, whatever they do will be damned, vilified and ridiculed and they will soon be thrown out through foreign sanctions and home grown resistance supported by foreign democracies, BUT if they allow a vote once a while, ANYTHING they do including killing and looting will be excused!! so they have learnt the lesson and are playing the game, that is why we are neck deep in economic and social mess! to the extent that people are questioning the value of democracy in places like Ghana and Nigeria. Enter Kagame, if he stopped the voting he will be run-out as a tyrant and dictator, so he allows voting, and just goes ahead with his method and dictatorial ways! his best blow? success! in the midst of the mess in Africa, Rwanda is a shining example of firm, clear minded , effective leadership. Rwanda is doing well on almost everything and Kagame cant be questioned because he is succeeding! The lesson, Get success and when your people have food and the basic necessities for modern life and see you doing well, no one local or foreign will succeed against you!! I dont like Kagame the dictator, but I love Kagame the effective leaders, the problem is you take one, you get the other. come to think of it, good for Rwanda, bad for those who suffer at his hands!!
