There are far fewer women owners in the gym business, but they often make much more effective owners. Many male owners are like owning a big male golden retriever. You take him to the park, let him out of the truck and he has to piss on everything to make it his territory. In business, this big male dog has to pee on everything before he even tries it to mark his own territory. Hey, he woofs, this is a great idea but I will change it before I even try it, which is big dog, but bad business. The female owner will try it exactly as prescribed only changing the idea and arguing with you later once she validates if it will work for her or not. Male owners are often more concerned about ego and being right while female owners are often more concerned about being effective and making money. All you big dogs out there, try not messing with a concept next time until you give it at least three months. Stop pissing over everything until you at least try it. Female owners, we need more of you in this business. Open your own gyms soon and get into the game.
