There are many dogs that we help behind the scenes. RJ was a former working boy who was violently attacked while he was working and he developed epilepsy. He was being fed on a super premium food but was losing weight. He came into our care and whilst we managed his epilepsy (RJ survived two ten minute plus grand marl seizures) we put him onto Black Hawk Chicken and Rice to see if it would help with his inability to gain weight. It did and here are his before and after pictures. This is why along with Dr Bs BARF we promote Black Hawk on our page. We have had wonderful results with both foods and both Dr Bs BARF and Black Hawk have helped with the recovery of our dogs. Dr Bs BARF saved Zantas life and has saved us thousands in vet bills for dogs with skins conditions as has Black Hawk with their Fish and Potato food. We are not sponsored by either company - we promote them because we want to share with you all what has worked with our GSDs, who have had serious illnesses, skin conditions and weight and malabsorbption issues. For us it is all about the dogs and to share their stories with you all so that other GSDs can benefit from what we have learnt whilst caring for our rescue dogs.
