There are many social and political groups demands for the shifting of the HQ of WODC from Bhubaneswar to Sambalpur/any suitable place of W.O.Let us pursue/force all the elected M.L.As of the W.O. to decide on the place before attending the Governors address of this 1st session of the assembly.This first assembly session should declare the place where there should be the HQ of the WODC..Lets all consolidate our voice in this matter.irrespective of party affiliations..I plead Er.Rohit Pujhari .Honbl Dy.Chief Whip of the BJD Legislative party to lead it..
