There are people living in bengaluru and making a living out of bengaluru for 20 to 25 years but they cannot utter even a single Kannada word . Is it sheer arrogance on their part or perpetual tolerance on our part ? .? Something else also strikes me now ,if someone cannot learn a new language this long it could be a disability in their language acquisition faculity in their brain coz that is an inherent part of the brain activity ..................for reference just watch a baby of 1 1/2 to 2 year pick up a new language and start babbling it within a few months time..
