There are so many people to thank for yesterday its very hard to know where to begin! Everyone who took part in the parade, its a magical thing and we love our parade but it wouldnt be possible without everyones enthusiasm for it. Everyone at the Magnets who support us relentlessly each year and who, I think youll agree do an incredible job, Scott from Deli Fresh who gave us our best ever food selection and managed all the catering for us. Terry Atha for his fabulous fair, Martin House for mucking in and helping us with the gates and musicians. To all our music acts for entertaining us so brilliantly throughout the day and night, to the fireworkers for putting together a spectacular display. And the wonderful people of Tadcaster, what a town we have? what a community we have?? Be proud of yourselves. And lastly on a personal note, as lots of you may know Zoe and I have been involved in the carnival and the committee since it came back in 2012 and this year has been a really tough year for us, due to family circumstances our involvement over the past few weeks has been much less than it would have been. But our amazing friends on the committee stepped up and took over the jobs we had been doing and supported us. To Nick and Sharon and everyone on the committee from the bottom of my heart thank you! You are amazing and I hope you are all proud of yourselves today! See you next year Tadcaster!!!!! KirstyXXXX
